I felt incredibly honoured when Eleanor and James asked me to shoot their wedding at the Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green. Firstly because Eleanor works in art in Mayfair and clearly had an eye for detail (her wedding was always going to be gorgeous) and secondly because I’ve been wanting to shoot a wedding at The Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green forever! It has the most amazing architecture and design, full of stately stair cases, marble flooring, wood panelling and its feature lamp fitting wall (see below for the portraits!). Not to mention the most glorious light in every single room. After getting ready at the hotel we drove to St Elthedreda’s church which, again, was utterly beautiful. Then we hopped on buses back to the hotel where we spent the rest of the day and evening. If it’s not clear already I loved shooting this Town Hall Hotel wedding and I would absolutely love to go back! Thank you Eleanor and James for being ideal clients and just generally lovely people.
